		RALEIGH - Their motors are running and the finalists are anxiously waiting to see who will take home a Harley-Davidson® Fat Bob® motorcycle at the Charlotte Bobcats’ game on March 31. The North Carolina Education Lottery (NCEL) today announced the five finalists who will be vying for the motorcycle in the NCEL’s Harley-Davidson® Win Before It Begins promotion. The five finalists are: Raymond (Randy) Austin Greensboro Darrell Cheers Shallotte Bryan Ferdinand Charlotte Yvonne Howard Albemarle David Stroud High Point All five finalists will take part in an event to be televised on FS Carolina during halftime of the Charlotte Bobcats-Los Angeles Lakers game at Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte on March 31. One of the finalists will win a 2009 Harley-Davidson® Fat Bob® motorcycle. The other four will win a $1,000 cash prize. The NCEL received 32,000 entries for this promotion.
