		RALEIGH - Players have been asking for it and it is almost here! The North Carolina Education Lottery’s (NCEL) “Carolina Pick 4” will launch Friday, April 17! Players will be able to purchase tickets starting that morning at 5 a.m. and the first drawing will be that night. “Carolina Pick 4” is a 4-digit numbers game where players choose a 4-digit number between 0-0-0-0 and 9-9-9-9. Players may also choose to get a “Quick Pick” to have the terminal select the numbers for them. Players can win from $100 up to the top prize of $5,000 daily. The prizes depend on the play type, play amount and the number type the player selects. Drawings will be held every evening, Monday through Sunday at approximately 11:22 p.m. The drawings take place at WRAL-TV in Raleigh. They will also be televised on other partnering television stations WITN (Eastern Carolina), WCNC (Charlotte), WILM (Wilmington) and WYCW (Western Carolina).
