Carolina Cash 5 players need to check their tickets. One “Carolina Cash 5” ticket sold in Henderson County is worth $376,000 after matching all five numbers in the June 2 drawing. That winning ticket, sold at Mr. Pete’s Market VI on Brevard Road in Etowah, has yet to be submitted for claim. Three winning tickets matched four out of five white balls in the Wednesday, June 3 Powerball drawing. Two tickets, sold at 3 G Mart on Stancil Street in Smithfield and at Big Daddy’s on East Court Street in Marion, were Power Played and are worth $20,000 each, because the Power Play multiplier was two. The third ticket, sold at Wilco on Kerr Road in Haw River was not Power Played so it is worth $10,000. A total of 26,008 North Carolina Powerball players won prizes in the Wednesday, June 3 Powerball drawing, ranging from $20,000 to $3 for a total payout in prizes worth $287,419.
