RALEIGH - The North Carolina Education Lottery (NCEL) has been busy building its biggest instant scratch-off game in its history! $200 Million Extravaganza is the NCEL’s first $20 scratch-off ticket. The new game will be in stores starting Tuesday, Oct. 6.
