RALEIGH - Players may get a chance to “come on down” and win a trip to Las Vegas with the new North Carolina Education Lottery (NCEL) Special Edition The Price is Right® instant scratch-off game. The NCEL is introducing this new game along with two other new games—Triple Lucky Diamonds and Double Doubler. The three games will be in stores starting Tuesday, Jan. 26.
