Password Incorrect?

Make sure you are using the correct username.

If you cannot remember your password then you may reset it here.

Email Not Yet Confirmed?

You should have received a confirmation email when you first signed up. This email contains a link that —once clicked— confirms receipt at your email address, and activates your account. If you cannot find it then you may request another confirmation email here.

Problem Still Not Resolved?

Please add our email address (play@email.nclottery.com) to your Contacts. Most service providers will deliver email sent from one of your contacts. You may also add us to your Safe Senders List to ensure your Internet Service Provider knows you want to receive email from us. Below are instructions on how to do this with some providers.

Here's how to do it in Hotmail/Outlook:
• Click the gear icon at the top right of your Hotmail screen.
• Click on Options in the dropdown, then click the link for Safe Senders in the body of the page under Junk e-mail.
• Click the Safe Senders link and enter the email address you want to whitelist (play@email.nclottery.com).
• Click Add (plus sign) to put it on your list.

Here's how to do it in Gmail:
• Click the cog icon in the top-right corner, and then Settings.
• Click on Filters and then Create a new filter.
• Enter the domain of the email you want to whitelist in the From field (email.nclottery.com).
• Click Create filter with this search.
• In the box labeled When a message arrives that matches this search, select Never send it to spam.
• Click the Create filter button.

Here's how to do it in Yahoo:
• Mouse over the Settings menu icon and select Settings.
• Click Filters and then Add.
• Enter a Filter Name, such as NC Lottery.
• Enter the domain of the email you want to whitelist in the Sender field (email.nclottery.com).
• Select Inbox as the folder to deliver the email to.
• Click Save and then click Save again.
