Rob Ballard of Hampstead became on Wednesday the second North Carolinian to collect the top prize in the new Monopoly Frenzy! game.
Ballard’s good luck came with a $5 ticket purchased at Sloop Point Country Store in Hampstead. After required state and federal tax withholdings, he took home $141,501. Two more top prizes remain to be claimed in the game.
