My second chance drawings points disappeard on the new app I have been entertaining a year now for a million walking dead points disappeard please help NC Lottery Even though you can't see your entries for the second-chance drawing, they are there, and you will not lose them. Our team is working to fix the glitch that's causing players from being able to see them. We appreciate your patience as we work to get this resolved.

I've seen alot of winners notified for the drawings but no claims. What number calls you or how do you know if you won a drawing? I typically don't answer numbers I don't know and usually don't return calls if they don't leave a message. NC Lottery Good evening. No worries. The notification comes to your email address and it tells you what to do to claim your prize. If you don't respond, we'll call and if you don't answer we'll leave a message. Finally, we're send you a certified letter. Good luck.

Hello LZ! First I want to say how much I love the new app page. Eazy to guide & find everything you need. I been checking the page everyday since I discovered LZ. Quick question: I checked some of my local stores for Keno, they said it's been offered in some of the local bars. Do you know when it may hits stores, if it does at all? Thanks LZ! I purchased 3 Walking Dead scratch offs, I have no entries in the second chance drawing. I thought this issue was fixed on October 4, 2017? NC LotteryIf you go under the Winners tab, you'll see that there is a drop-down box by the "Second Chance drawings" section and "Lucke-Rewards drawings" section. If you choose "My Entries" you should be able to find information about what you've entered.

@playerallen...also look at the bottom of the pages here and click on the " winners" tab to see how many entries you have in any given promo. if you don't see them there or where LZ said to look then contact them to find out what the problem is. However, you'll prob. find them .

All my entry disappeared on The Walking Dead. Maybe they went to California without me.NC LotteryNo way they left you behind. The drawing is not till Wednesday. When you submitted your entry, you should have seen a confirmation message identifying the ticket number of the entry and telling you that your entry has been recorded. You can also see your entries by clicking “View your entry history” on the Enter Tickets page. Make sure you have your Filters set to get the results you want. Good luck on Wednesday.

I would like to know why there are different point valuesNC LotteryThe number of points awarded for each ticket you submit will vary. An eligible ticket will earn at least the same number of points as the price of the ticket. However, sometimes tickets may earn MORE points as a bonus.

I can’t find second chance drawing for wheel of fortune help! Thanx LZ. I'm getting closer. I've been playing the same 7 spot 20 draw ticket each day since Sunday. Every time I have gotten 1/2 or more then my wager back. Today I matched 5 of 7 on draw 848 & 849 for $34. & got a $1 on 3 of the draws.

Hey LZ, multi part question. I see that the winners board has not been updated to include Keno winners. Will it be? When? Has anyone claimed a big prize or won one? To chocolatechip & notsharon. I talked to the sales reps Tuesday when they handing out the new pouches. I asked them if they could make them bigger, so they could hold the bigger scratchers. They said NO, cause they are not meant for that. They are meant to hold the play slips, how to play pamphlets & draw tickets.

Answer to Romaine's question: The lottery would like to sell tickets at RDU. Perhaps one day it can be worked out with one of the retail businesses there and the airport authority.

Great more chances to WIN! On 10/23/17 I had a flight out of RDU Coming from Durham but I had to stop for gas. After adding the gas I had 214 miles to go before empty so I thought 214 would be a Great pick 3 number to play but didnt want to be late. So I said "if I have time I'll buy a ticket inside RDU" I arrived and went thru Security no issues so I had time to purchase my ticket, but to my surprise no place to buy a ticket. At night about to go to bed but decided to check the #'s and to my surprise 214 drops When I normally play pick 3 I buy 2 to 5 tickets. so only if NC had a spot in RDU to purchase a ticket I could have won $1000 to $2500 but instead i won $0 Yes I am very SAD and UPSET so I ask my question Why you do not have Lottery setup inside the airport? The numerous of people that goes thru that airport can you see the amount of money the Education Lottery is missing. Sign. LOST OUT $$$$$$
