Samantha Finney of Fayetteville tried her luck on a $5 scratch-off and won a $200,000 top prize.

Finney bought her lucky Carolina Panthers ticket from the Short Stop on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville.

She arrived at lottery headquarters Thursday to claim her prize and, after required federal and state tax withholdings, took home $143,001.

The Carolina Panthers game debuted in July with five $200,000 top prizes. One $200,000 prize remains to be claimed.
