If you’re reading this, you’re in the Lucke-Zone. Most of the time we share lottery news about winners, new games and exclusive drawings you can enter. But this blog is about sharing answers with you in response to some of the questions we hear most often.
BEST RESOURCES FOR ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS
The HELP link at the top of the screen has answers to Frequently Asked Questions as it relates to the Lucke-Zone, Lucke-Rewards and Subscription. If your question isn’t answered there, you can click on the ONLINE SUPPORT form. Usually you will get a response within one business day.
If you are having a technical issue with things such as ticket entry, your Lucke-Rewards points or second-chance drawings, you can call 1-855-767-1863 for technical support.
For general lottery questions, the best way to get a fast response is to call our player customer service team at 877-962-7529 between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
The question we get most often has to do with winner notification and winner announcements as it relates to Lucke-Rewards and promotional drawings. Winners are typically notified by email within 48 hours. So for a drawing held on a Wednesday, winners can expect a message by 5 p.m. Friday. If a winner does not respond to email notification, we will follow up with a telephone call and, if necessary, send certified mail.
We announce a winner’s name only after he or she has responded to notification and completes the claim process. We understand why folks are eager to find out who won but, until a prize is claimed, we don’t officially have a winner.
LUCKE-REWARDS AND PROMOTIONAL DRAWINGS
Many of you have asked how the drawings are done, and we want you to know. They are held using a random number generator according to specific security procedures. To ensure fairness to all players, all lottery drawings are done with an auditor present and all the lottery’s security practices are independently reviewed on a regular basis.
The more entries you make into a drawing, the more chances you have to win. But having even just one entry in a drawing gives you a chance to win. The rules state that a player can win only one prize per drawing. But you can enter as many drawings as you like.
THE LUCKE-ZONE BLOG
For long-time members and readers, you know that we get a good amount of questions in the comments here on the blog. While the best way to get a fast response to your question is to take advantage of the options mentioned at the beginning, we do our best to reply here in a timely fashion.
One tip for making it easier to find a response to your question is to have a unique screen name. If you have the default screen name "PLAYER" we recommend changing it to something recognizable – that way you and other members will know that it’s you who left a comment or question.
